Always Remember to Research before you Donate There are more and more organizations and non-profits asking for donations these days. These organizations operate and exist totally through these donations and grants Beware, do a little work first. They should be registered within a State as a Nonprofit Corporation. They should also be in the process of registering or be registered with the Federal IRS as a Nonprofit Corporation. This is a simple process, most States have a listing of registered Nonprofits. If they are seeking Federal registration, you can still make contributions but they should be registered as a Nonprofit within their State until the Federal process is compete, check out the legal guidelines with both State and Federal agencies on this at: www.muridae.com/nporegulation/documents/model_npo_corp_act. also Indiana Nonprofit laws at www.ai.org/legislative/ic/code/title23/ar17/index. | This Tradition Woodland Pipe is hand carved by member Dennis White. The bowl is carved out of gray Soap Stone that is 3 inches long and 1 ¼ inches high. The stem is made out of carved Indiana Ash and is ornamented with two Guinea feathers attached to a hammered copper band and is 18 inches long and two inches wide Total weight about a pound.
